At a glance one could see the young boy was in severe pain and pus was oozing from his ear. The clinic sisters told Bulelwa they were full and she should return the following morning. Health-e put this case to the Director for City Health Services, Dr Ivan Toms, who instructed the clinic to redress the situation.
