Justice system failing children – HRC report

The report recommends that police must work in conjunction with psychologists when dealing with complaints of sexual abuse by children. In this audio report, chairperson of the Human Rights Commission Shirley Mabusela says police must undergo basic training on the management of child sexual abuse cases.
