Madwaleni Hospital, situated in one of South Africa'€™s poorest districts, has overcome many hurdles to emerge as a shining light in the Eastern Cape, delivering lifesaving healthcare to the 120 000 strong rural community. Now, the hospital is trying to find replacements for their Managing Chief Medical Officer and HIV specialist.
