Govt departments without electricity

LUSIKISIKI. ‘€“ Five governmental departments in this Eastern Cape village have been without electricity for weeks. The district offices for the Departments of Education, Health, Social Development, Traffic and the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) have been unable to provide services to communities here because their electricity was cut.
