Naledi village is a community in the Free State, on Eagle Valley Farm, where the farm workers own the 42ha on which they work.

Now the community runs a creche, arts centre, brick-making centre and bakery. Jay Naidoo, Human Rights activist, believes this is a model than can be replicated in the pursuit of equality in South Africa.
