Twelve year-old Prince Khanyi has been in the news in recent weeks. Prince is the brain-damaged child at the centre of the Gauteng Department of Health'€™s refusal at one stage to honour a court ruling to pay him a settlement after he was handicapped due to negligence of health workers at one of the province'€™s hospitals.
