Want to start a food garden? Learn from these inspiring home gardeners
Eating healthy is a struggle for many South Africans, due to the rising cost of food, food insecurity and unhealthy eating habits.
Diet is a major contributor to non-communicable diseases like diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.
Despite their small living spaces, three home gardeners from Cape Town have found a way to grow and eat their own food with the guidance of Soil For Life. The result-they’ve managed to control their own health conditions as well as their families.
